Katie’s Review
Nothing but amazing! Steve and Ton-Essa were absolutely fantastic to work with and we could not have been more thrilled with our film! The day of the wedding they were early, organized and ready to start filming right away. Not only were they great from a professional stand point, they are just really cool people in general. Never once did we feel they were too invasive and at the ceremony the only time I noticed them was when I was walking down the aisle after we were married. As a caterer in Chicago, I’ve had the pleasure of working with this team at a different wedding. Not only were they professional throughout the entire night but they were so great at finding the right vantage point, it was like they weren’t event there. I can say nothing but great things working with them as a Bride and a vendor. Advice: If you don’t go with them, just forgo a film all together because you will be severely disappointed.

About Katie and Austin
Katie is an event producer for one of Chicago’s top catering companies. In her free time she can be found running, in a yoga class or baking up a storm in the kitchen. She is best known for her chocolate chip banana bread, baklava, and delicious pies.

Austin is a consultant with a leading real estate advisory firm based in Chicago. In his free time, he can be found searching for unique and different ingredients for his next meal, trying a new bourbon, or, of course, hunting for a new bowtie.

How They Met
Katie and Austin both attended Loyola University in Chicago. Shortly after Austin graduated, they met through mutual friends. One morning they saw each other on the train. A train ride lead to lunch and lunch lead to afternoon of playing hooky from work. Austin knew after that train ride he couldn’t let her go. “

The Proposal
Katie and Austin set sail on May afternoon, where Austin holding on, asked Katie to spend the rest of her life with him. Following the boat ride, Austin had told Katie they had a romantic dinner planned. Little to her surprise Austin had invited both of their families for a delicious seafood celebration. Just towards the conclusion of dinner, both Katie and Austin’s closest friends walked in the door and surprised her. The day and evening were full of wonderful celebrations with the most important people in both of our lives. We could not ask for better families and friends. We are truly blessed.
